Return & Shipping Policy

Our goal is that you LOVE your purchase, but we understand that ordering clothing online comes with some challenges. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help - within the guidelines below. Please read them carefully prior to you placing your order. 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for a FULL refund. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged/unaltered.
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, animal hair, and odors (smoke, perfume, food)
  • Items much be returned in original packaging if possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their cost

STORE CREDIT

  • Approved returns AFTER 10 days of delivery will receive store credit only. 
  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected. 
  • Store credit NEVER expires and can be used on any future purchase. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged - sales, clearance, and warehouse items. The items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page. Please reach out to Sage Society to ask questions prior to ordering - we are happy to help make your experience positive.

SHIPPING

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $125, otherwise there will be a flat rate of $8
  • Original shipping charges are non-fundable
  • Sage Society will be responsible for return shipping costs 
  • Sage Society is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages - we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, as a small business and the reliance on wholesalers, we do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot promise your size will be in stock.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at melissab@sagesocietyboutique.com with: your order number, a clear photo of the issue. We will take care of it promptly by either issuing a FULL refund or a replacement of the product.
